Simply put, hypnobirthing brings you into a deeply relaxed state, where you’re able to absorb positive affirmations and beliefs about birth, while remaining alert and completely in control. In fact as a Christian, you’ve probably already experienced being in this relaxed state many times, during prayer or worship activities etc.

What's the difference between the app and the course?
Hypnobirthing is antenatal education combined with relaxation exercises to help you feel more confident and relaxed, with the goal of a positive birth experience.
Our Christian Hypnobirthing app is how you practice the relaxation, and our Faith-Filled Childbirth Course is the childbirth education (with modules on understanding our miraculous design for birth, making informed decisions about where to birth, who to choose as your provider etc).
It doesn't have to be our course, but to set yourself up for the best birth experience possible, we really do recommend using the Christian Hypnobirthing app in combination with an antenatal education course.
